We offer free delivery on all orders over £175 to Mainland UK. For orders under £175, a £8.95 delivery charge applies.
Our standard delivery service covers the entire UK, ensuring fast and reliable delivery of your made-to-measure blinds.
We keep you updated at every stage of your order via email, so you’ll always know when your blinds are on the way.
We provide mainland UK delivery, covering all areas of the UK, including isle of Wight, with no additional charge.
For some remote postcodes, a third-party courier may be required, and delivery to these areas could take an additional 3-5 working days. If this applies, your tracking details will indicate this.
We provide email updates at each stage of your order, from placement to dispatch. You can also track your order online. Once dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number from the courier.
Delivery is charged per order, no matter how many blinds you include. Orders over £175 qualify for free delivery, while there’s a flat rate for smaller orders.
Yes, you can add your preferred delivery address at the checkout.
We deliver to the mainland UK, including the Isle of Wight but excluding Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands. For large blinds or deliveries to remote locations, allow an additional 1-2 days for delivery.
If you're not available, the courier will leave a card with instructions for re-delivery. If no one is available for the second attempt, the parcel will need to be collected from the depot, or extra charges may apply for re-shipping.
If your parcel appears damaged, sign for it as "damaged" or reject the delivery. Then, contact our customer service team, and we’ll replace the item at no additional cost.
